peg reb procreate embolisms dissablity
October 27, 2003

Dear Lloyd

28 weeks into therapy I suffered a Bilateral Pulminary Embolism.  Praise Jesus it wasn't my time to die.  The Gas. Int. says the effects of therapy are past.  Its been almost 5 months since treatment has stopped.  PLEASE HELP.

What do I tell my Primary Care Physician?  I'm not a good judge of if I should be working.  Went on disability 5-13, about 6-4 while injecting procreat felt a severe pain in back started coughing blood within 20 minutes.  Drs. say no corralation.  No longer look like a walking ghost.  However it is now like 11am. no shower started day at 9am.

It takes a long time to finish things concentration is improving dont seem to stay on task for very long periods of time.  Normal field of employment is very stressfull and brain tasking.  WHAT should the PCP Dr. be looking for or taking into consideration?

Should I be Working?  Have appointment for 10-24 will probably cancel till after the 11-4.  Can be contacted at 000-0000.
