Dear Lloyd,
It has been just over 3 weeks
since I began the biggest part of your program. I cannot
describe to you how fabulous I feel.
I wrote initially that I was fortunate to be basically
symptom free but in hind sight I think perhaps the symptoms
crept up on me so slowly that I did not realize how bad
they were. Many of the symptoms I attributed to
aging and overweight are simply disappearing. I
am walking 3 to 4 miles per weekday 6-8 on Saturdays and
Sundays, have lost 15 lbs., and have completely lost a
life long craving for refined carbohydrates.
I catch myself boogying around the office when no one
else is there and basically loving each and every day.
I have just reread this and it sounds so hokey but
I'm elated. I quite enjoy the dandelion and licorice
teas but am still working on developing a taste for the
cats claw. It pretty much makes me want to crawl
out of my skin but I drink it anyway. I am open
to suggestions for improving that one even if its just
a little (shiver).

I am so happy that you are feeling so good.
Also I am glad that you are sharing it with me.
The cats claw can be put in a cup of hot water like instant
coffee.
You can put very little in.
It is best to drink before bed as it seems to cause drowsiness
in many people.
