It's been a long time since
my last update Nov 2000. I just wanted to let you know all is
well. I have attached a spread sheet of my progress.
Currently I still follow
your method as you suggest and after 1 year I continue to make
steady progress. I am certain that in the short term that this
will be behind me, you asked for 18 months of my time and my
results are proof that your method will make a difference. I
